Special Mention – Northwestern Preparatory School:

In the winter of 2025, the President of Northwestern Preparatory School, Suzanne Durbeck, announced they will cease operations. Northwestern Prep has been an outstanding program embracing over 1,600 Falcon Scholars since 1969. Northwestern Preparatory School has made an incredible impact on the lives of many hardworking aspiring youngsters and our country’s national security with their contributions.

Suzanne and Dan Durbecks’ enduring dedication and spirit are second to none. The Durbecks have been involved with Northwestern Preparatory School for nearly 30 years, and they will be greatly missed. Though the program has come to an end, their legacy continues through ongoing mentoring and the service of their graduates.

We wish the Durbecks and the Northwestern Prep staff the very best in the future.
